Nail Trimming and Ear Cleaning

Dogs need frequent grooming and nail trimming to preserve their general health and hygiene.

Like our nails, dogs toenails grow all the time and need to be trimmed to prevent them from becoming too long. Ears often need no cleaning, but some dogs who produce a lot of wax, do need their ears cleaned occasionally.

How often should I cut my dog’s nails?

Dogs should have their nails trimmed every 1-2 months.

Why should my dog’s ears be cleaned?

Some dogs never need their ears cleaned. Our veterinarians can guide you in determining if your dog needs regular ear cleaning.
